The following terms and conditions govern suppliers relationships with bluecycle.com Limited in connection with your response to any Invitations to Tender issued on the www.bluecycle.com.internet site. |

bluecycle.com Limited acts as an agent for any member of the Aviva group and is a Aviva group company. |
| |
| 3. |
|
Invitations to Tenders may be issued on behalf of any member of the Aviva group and each invitation will identify the relevant group company. |

Invitations to Tender do not constitute an offer from bluecycle.com Limited and no commitment is given from bluecycle.com Limited or any member of the Aviva group that any tender made will be accepted. |

bluecycle.com Limited reserves the right to reject any offer received and may withdraw any tender at any time. |
| |
| 6. |

Access to the site will be controlled by userid and password and you must keep these confidential at all times. bluecycle.com Limited expects that all due care will be taken by suppliers to ensure that this information is not misused. All tenders submitted with a suppliers user name and password will be treated as having the full authority of the supplier. Any changes to the information held by bluecycle.com Limited in relation to suppliers should be notified to the Customer Services department as soon as possible. |

bluecycle.com Limited shall not be bound to accept any response and you agree to bear your own costs in preparing and submitting any such response. Each Invitation to Tender will specify a date by which your response must be submitted if it is to be considered. Where appropriate the Invitation to Tender will also specify the date by which successful respondents (if any) shall be notified. |

The Invitation to Tender will specify the required goods and/or service, any related dependencies / technical requirements and the required format of your response. |

| 9. |
|
The Invitation to Tender may include specimen terms upon which the successful respondent will be expected to supply the relevant goods and/or services and where supplied, your response should include a statement regarding the extent to which those specimens are accepted. |

All information contained in an Invitation to Tender is confidential and must not be disclosed to a third party except for the strict purposes of your offer and subject to you having placed a similar obligation of confidence on such third parties. Similarly, all information provided by you or your subcontractors/sub-suppliers will be treated in confidence by Aviva. |

| 11. |
|
In selecting a supplier to provide products or services, Aviva is neither endorsing nor suggesting that the supplier's product is the best or the only solution. The successful supplier must undertake not to make any reference to Aviva in any literature, promotional material, brochures or sales presentations without the express written consent of Aviva. |

| 12. |
|
Suppliers should understand that it is possible that Aviva will seek to negotiate further the basis of the commercial terms appropriate to any final contract award as part of the adjudication exercise. |
| |
| Please make sure you read carefully the terms and conditions before accepting or declining them. Warning: if you do not accept the Terms and Conditions you will not be able to submit a proposal / tender. |
