Q. what hours does bluecycle operate?
A. the bluecycle site operates 24 hours a day and we have staff on hand Monday to Friday 8:30 am until 5:30 pm to answer your queries by phone and e-mail
Q. how can I change my registered details?
A. you need to e-mail customerservice@bluecycle.com If it is a change of address you may be asked to provide proof of address

A. please contact our customer services team by sending an e-mail to theteam@bluecycle.com or by phoning 08700 480 500
Q. what are the different sections on the site?
A. vehicles are broken down by type - car, commercial and motorbike. Commercial includes HGV's, vans, plant, agriculture, and marine.
Each section is also split 'North' and 'South' to give a rough guide as to the geographical region where the car is stored. For a full list of sites and locations, please refer to 'Who and where are the Salvage Partners?'
Restricted B's are vehicles which have a very high value, or in bluecycle's view require further controls. Bidding on these is limited to invited dealers to ensure that these sales can be closely monitored. Dealers are reviewed on the basis of history and reputation with bluecycle and Salvage Partners. New dealers may be added occasionally, at the discretion of bluecycle.
