Registrations Process

Overseas Customers: Category C/D/X/U Registration

Step 1. Online Application
Complete the online application form, these details will be used to verify you identity prior to registration. You will be asked to provide personal and business details.

Step 2. Verification
Following completion of the online form, you will receive an email with an application form attached. Please print, complete and return with paper copies of the required documentation as detailed within the application form.

It is important that you complete your application accurately and send all required documentation. Failure to do so may delay your application.

As part of the registration process, your details will be verified against selected databases. Once your application has been verified and approved, a confirmation email with your password will be sent to you.

Step 3. Payment
Your confirmation email will also direct you to the "My Outstanding Orders" page where you should pay the £40 registration fee by credit/debit card.

Step 4. Start Bidding
Upon receipt of the registration fee you can start bidding. Initially you will only be able to pay for vehicles by credit/debit card. To pay by Direct Debit, you will need to complete and return the Direct Debit mandate, which will be attached to your confirmation email.
Please note: a Direct Debit instruction can only be set up with a UK bank account.

Step 5. Confirmation
Following receipt of the registration fee, a validation form will be posted to your home address. You will be required to sign and return the form. Failure to do so will result in your account being suspended.
